Our Services

Consultations are free and focused on your project plans, goals for your yard, budget considerations, and whether you prefer to do the work yourself with guidance or use our full service for design, project assistance, and connections with contractors.
A walkabout provides an opportunity to discuss your ideas and receive suggestions. It includes:
- Yard walkthrough
- Design suggestions and conversation about ideas, functionality
- Time spent: 1-2 hours
If proceeding with a full landscape design, the walkabout fee will be applied to the design project cost; otherwise, the fee is due at the end of the walkabout.
Consultation or walkabout (as described above)
Primary Meeting
- Discuss client desires, design inspirations, budget constraints, and project timelines, including realistic completion timelines if collaborating with a contractor.
- Collect a 50% deposit and copies of the existing site plan (property boundaries, existing structures).
Secondary Meeting
- Present preliminary design proposal with plant selections; changes and feedback are welcomed.
- If approved without alterations, complete and deliver the final set of plans, including the plant list, detailed drawings, planting plan for contractors, and customized plant maintenance guide.
Third Meeting
- Review and discuss the revised proposal; additional changes can be made. Upon approval, present the final plan during a subsequent fourth meeting.
- If approved without alterations, complete and deliver the final set of plans, including the plant list, detailed drawings, planting plan for contractors, and customized plant maintenance guide.
Final Meeting Deliverables
- Discuss any further revisions, noting that additional changes beyond are subject to an extra fee and will be billed as part of the final invoice.
- Deliver the final set of plans (including PDF copy), planting list, customized plant maintenance guide and all construction plans for contractors.
- Moving ahead plans for project management/assistance during construction of the project and follow up.
